Im fighting a broken heart to go along with the broken economy.My wife left me.Kind of a hit the road jack deal.Its well understood,if you got no money,your just no good.Hit the road jack & dont you come back no more.

What I stand for is the small fellow that has no money to buffer himself against the system.You can manilulate the system to your own favor if you have money.I have nothing against wealthy people in general.Its just if you have never been dirt poor,you have no idea how hard it is to climb out of the gutter.

JYD,I have a few fair weather friends that like me when I agree with them.I let the chips fall where they may.I always say"let him that is free of sin cast the first stone".Haven`t been connected with yet.I make my own decissions & live with them.If I make a mistake that becomes obvious I`ll say so.That doesn`t mean I`ll accept just anyones opinion about being wrong.All I have to do is look at the electorate & know that they elected Bush twice.That gives you an idea of what we`re up against.LOL

I admit if pissing & moaning about the shit going on in the country makes one guilty of being an asshole,Im probably the king asshole & probably will remain that way.Just looking at the news about all the things that really need money spent on them legitimately pisses me off.I think of all the money given to wall street to keep a bunch of first class pricks & assholes afloat & it makes my blood boil.On top of that these SOBs have not been reined in yet.Bernie Madoff has the balls to admit his 50billion ponzi scheme with no fear or remorse has to show how wall street views the chances of anyone taking the laws seriously.More deregulation is what we need & they can run the country the rest of the way in the ground.Penalize the poor SOBs that cant pay their mortgages & praise the SOBs that put them their.If a person looks at who stands to benefit from the mass foreclosure mess,a lot could be learned & explained.The wealthy will be the winners,buying up property at lowered prices & guess who will eat the losses of property value.The taxpayer is already doing this by bailing wall streets ass out.Thats right your not only devaluating your own property but paying the difference to the bank that is taking the loss on the deflation.Hey no one is saying a damn word about this deal.They are too busy decoying you with other shit & smoke screens to keep your eye off the ball.You better get wise because the next scam is already going on big time.

Well it seems I wore out my welcome at stock wire.I stepped on a few toes.LOL.I think they are sore toes.People driving big gas guzzlers are getting dirty looks & having comments casted their way in many places.As well they should.I could care less what they say about me.Since I became aware of the damage & waste that was going on,I have did my part not to be part of the problem.There seems to be too many that dont care if everything lasts just til they no longer need it.As for the out going lame duck Bush.Lame duck is a fair description of him.He did everything he could against the enviroment,even now with his midnight laws hes taking particular aim at environmental laws.Just another jerk from Texas the boastful state.

Well lets put this way.Im still kicking & am thankful for that,but have seen more properous times.

Got a little suggestion.Being the fiancial wizards of wall street got us into this mess,I think they need to bear the brunt of this mess while its being sorted out.A 6 month moratorium on foreclosures is in order to buy some time for people.There should also be a suspension of payments coming due on homes in foreclosure for that time.At the end of this time people that have caught up back payments should be given a new 4% 30yr fixed mortgage if they have a job that can make the payments.Otherwise the banks could then go through regular foreclosure proceeding.A lot of people have been put in this position for several reasons of which a lot was caused by the subprime fiasco.Its not right for the banks to profit yet again from this mess they created.A lot of people have been put out of work because of this situation & caused them to default.Some were a result of predatory lending practices.Some were just plain fraud from appraisers overstating value intentionally.A lot was caused by banks not checking peoples applications fully.Many were stated income without even calling their employers.This was not negligence,it was fraud in lieu of bonuses for meeting loan quotas.What would one expect when CEOs say see how much money you can loan out.

Hey guys.Keeping a low profile.Just watching the antics unfold & checking for correlation.All politics antics have an orchestrated relation to each other.It just takes a little time to relate one thing to the other in their sequences.Each little thing relates to the overall picture.Right now Im watching to see what the latest smoke screen is disguising.The Blagojevich scandal & the congressional goings on about the big 3.If you notice Bush & Paulson has dropped off the radar screen.This means the press is not keeping close enough tabs on them.That is a big mistake.Something is afoot for sure.

Berg is a dangerous racist.Whats he`s advocating is throwing out the will of the majority of the electorate.Seems like the same tactics used by Robert Mugabi.

Boy when Paulson ,Bernacke or Bush speaks the Dow goes to hell.Bernacke spoke in Texas earlier & then Paulson just finished.Market went down another 100 points when Paulson spoke.Right now if Bush put a 90 day moratorium on Foreclosure the markets would soar & banks would start lending again because money would start flowing into retail for several months.In the interim the banks could be working out new mortgage plans with borrowers eliminating a lot of pain in the jobs market during the crucial period of the year.Them not doing this tells me they dont want it to get better til the bigs dogs have gathered up lots of cheap property.I dont have fancy college degrees,but common sense still trumps stupidity or willful neglect in this case.There are many things that can be done without large infusions of taxpayer money.Whats wrong with these damn geniuses?Im rather appalled at the blatant guilt or stupidty,whichever being the case.

Thanks Tgirl,Happy Thanksgiving to you & Bert & Steve & the rest that still post here.My heart goes out to all & especially to the ones that are not as fortunate as myself.Me & my youngest son spent last day & a piece running new water line to my house.I came home to no water Monday night.Couldn`t get a plumber on that short notice & I wasn`t going to miss holiday because of that.Could locate old main because new house was built on old site & used the plumbing lines from old system.Believe me it was a hard days work.Thank god my son was there.He did 90% of the work.

Right now my main focus is the economy.From watching & assessing government actions it is clear that one of two things are two.Either Paulson & company have no clue of what the core problem is or they have no idea of how to fix it.The underlying problem is still the same.Mortgage defaults.Until this issue is addressed satisfactorily the problem will stalemate all other efforts to fix the economy.If they had done what they said they were going to do in the beginning,we would have made some progress.Right now were just running in place while this administration is eagerly awaitng the passing of the torch.These guys are so stressed over the economy they are on the verge of nervous breakdowns.Bush hides & Paulson breaks into a sweat every time someone questions him.Im starting to believe there is no one in Washington that has a clue about the economy.

JYD,dont really know the woman or her format.I don`t have to know her to consider her a radical,ultra conservative says it all.Extremist on either side of the aisle are to be taken with a grain of salt in my opinion.Im more of a pragmatic type.I don`t believe in trickle down or much sideline economicsI believein going right to the core of the problem & let the chips fall where they may.People like coulter or Limbaugh or O`Rielly don`t belive half of what they actually say.They do it to draw in viewers.They are hypocrits,between limbaugh & O`Rielly last year they made $34million.They survive from being controversal.I put no credence in what either says.Just as well listen to David Duke spout racial crap.

JYD,he`s stupid,thats for sure.Bush was bought & paid for before going into office.He`s been a puppet of big business especially oil & wall street investment firms.Like Paulson,why do you think Bush made him SEC.Of Treasury?It was because of his close ties with wall street.You think anything that happened over the last 8 years was an accident?I beg to differ.It was just too many coordinated evens to set the stage for oil prices to be a coincidence.The war did two things in my opinion.It set the stage for uncertainy in the middle east,thus fueling high prices manufactured by Wall St index traders & it also laid a smoke screen to divert attention while the mortgage investment firm pulled their scams.I`ll never believe different,just too much points that way.

BTW,this type of fix would save the investors & 401K investments.It would not fix it right away ,but would keep them from losing in the long run.As soon as the economy turns around & property prices come back& they will the banks will be solvent.They just need to pare their budget for paying help & dividends until things are back to normal.Folks there are no quick fixes,only true solutions.They made their quick money by accelerating appreciation by creating a demand that otherwise would not have been as great if they had obeyed stricter credit criteria.

A lot of people dont understand the housing bubble.The banks are causing a self fullfilling prophecy.A big portion of the bad loans have been defaulted on because of a slow down in the economy.A lot of this could have been avoided by just not making a big deal of it.Too much info flooded the market at one time.It should have been handled more discreetly.The banks can fix most of this their ownselves simly by modifying loan terms & holding on to all the loans that people will pay on with the modification.No they will not make outrageous profits,but they can over time recoup their money,plus a nice profit & save the taxpayer loads of money.This would be the ogical solution & would likely go a long way towards fixing the economy.No we still have the crooks that are gungho on making a fortune on forclosures,which will help no one but the faction buying forclosures for investment property or should we save the people that have benefited the most from the last 8 yrs.Think about it.
